The Winter Bluegrass Concert Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 Place: Wellsboro High School Nichols St. Wellsboro, Pa. Time: 7-10 PM Featuring: World Renowned Bluegrass & Newgrass band also appearing Tickets will be available at the door and will go on sale at 6pm that evening. $9.50 general admission and $8.50 for senior citizens. Children under 12 are free. There is also a family rate of $25 for immediate families who live in the same house.
